It's time for a paint job for ole' 42C, was wondering if anyone knows of various paint schemes and colors for viewing via the computer? Thanks Kelley

The following plane is actually a 170B, not a 179

They list their prices, but viewing is free.

Re: Paint Schemes
Here's a 1950 170A original scheme (except the wheelpants have been mounted to suit the owner):
Here's a 1951 170A (note difference at aft fuselage stripe):
'53 B-model N146YS SN:25713
50th Anniversary of Flight Model. Winner-Best Original 170B, 100th Anniversary of Flight Convention.
An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons.

George,
Wouldn't it be great if we could scan and post original paint scheme's as well as interior shots for all the years in one place.
I know, just another project among the list of good projects to accomplish.

Re: Paint Schemes
Another "vintage" photo (Proof that coming to our conventions are fun. I was
stopped in the hangar and asked to pose for a photo at the hangar dinner,
and just before the camera was shuttered, two grandaughters in the group
rushed in to add real "interest" to the pic.)
My reward for posing:
