Performance Charts

Post by philnino »

I am trying to find more performance information than the owners manual. Specifically, I am interested in aircraft takeoff and landing distances at different weights. Charts above 7,000 ft would also be helpful. I currently have the 7653 prop and c-145 engine. The reason being I am planning a trip out west for the fall and want to know what airports to cross off the list based on temperature and altitude. I am trying to err on the side of caution with these numbers. Thanks,
Phillip

One data point:

My longest ever takeoff roll was at West Yellowstone Montana on the way to the Kalispell convention in '95. My 1955 B-model with O-300A and 76-53 prop took 3000 feet of runway to separate itself from its shadow at 2050 lb gross wt, no wind, relatively flat runway (as I remember) 6600 ft elevation, at 60 degF (density alt approx 8300 ft). Your mileage may vary.
