Fuel Selector Placards

Post by jlwild »

Need input on where to purchase the Placard for the Fuel Selector? Did the usual search on the forum with little success. One supplier, Wag Aero, has the placard for $9.95 plus shipping and handling. When I asked what the shipping and handling cost was they quoted $8.00. 8O WOW, that's a lot for an item weighing less than 2 oz.

Anyone know of a cheaper source?

Be aware that the later 172 placard on fuel selectors which caution against operation on Both tanks above 5,000' is not applicable to the 170 series.

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
