Looking for a source /part number for the connector on the end of the wire for the taillight. Crimps the wire and the flat end sits against the bottom of the bulb.

This may not be what your after nor might it work for you, but I've seen a small brass grommet soldered onto the wire. It might be able to be crimped on as well.

Bruce, that’s a great idea. I’ve been looking for a part number to go with that contact but haven’t had any luck. The taillight assembly is Grimes A-2064.
Avlite Aviation “guarantees to beat any advertised price on any Grimes item in stock.” If Bruce’s idea doesn’t work I’d try them.

I repaired one by slipping a small washer over the end of the wire and soldering a "blob" of solder onto the wire. The purpose of the washer was only to retain the blobbed/soldered wire from slipping back down thru the plastic insulator. The brass grommets Bruce mentioned are also a good idea!

I've used the washer as well but that might have been on my tractor.
You could take any small round disc of brass or thin steel with a hold drilled the diameter of the wire and solder it on.
The small brass grommets are available as craft stores like Michaels.
