I'm considering making the journey (24-26 Oct) to the Flying M. Could use some info from those who have been as I haven't "camped" in years so some input on what to bring would be helpful.
Thanks

Tent and moisture-barrier ground-cloth, (unless you're really rugged and don't mind waking up wet with the typically heavy dew), Sleeping bag, air mattress, aircraft tie downs/ropes, flashlight, warm coat (it get's chilly at night) about $60 cash. (The meals are all about $5 each except Sat nite is $7, and you'll want to buy a T-shirt/Sweatshirt for about $20.)
There are porta-potties on the grounds, and if you bring a kid who likes to fish, bring a fishin' pole for him to participate in the kid's fish tournament.
Bring a camera.
If you don't have the mailout that Dave sent, you might contact him to have one sent in the mail.
