200-210 in-lbs. for the 5/16 using spirotallic gasket.
100-110 in-lbs. for the 1/4 using spirotallic gasket.

Good catch Miles. I have edit the info above to reflect the correct torque.

The Continental service bulletin covering torque limits for all TCM engine fasteners may be found at http://www.tcmlink.com/pdf2/SB96-7C.pdf. When looking at this bulletin, be careful to confirm both the fastener size as well as engine model. In the particular case of exhaust flange nuts, both the .25-24 (1/4-28 ) and .31-28 (5/16-24) are listed for "All models, as required". There's a 100 in-lb DIFFERENCE for the torque of these two fasteners.

A comprehensive list of and links to all TCM service bulletins may be found at http://www.tcmlink.com/serviceBulletins/index.cfm.

I'm sure these links have been posted before, but new members may not be aware.

And note that the 100-110 IN-lb torque for the 1/4" studs, and the 200-210 IN-lbs torque for the 5/16" studs are for the "Spirotallic" (spiral-wound metallic) gaskets.
