I gave Cross Country Aviation in Lancaster, TX a call (817-992-8199) and asked if they were still installing the seat stops. He said that they were doing so, but Cessna has stopped providing the parts at no charge. He indicated the parts were around $400. I didn't ask if he would sell the parts without installing them.

Cross country might be mis-informed. I rec'd a letter and email from Textron/Cessna confirming that the mod is still provided for the pilot's seat at no charge. (But when I attempted to obtain an installation-reservation at the San Antonio Textron/Cessna shop... they discouraged me from it with "unavailable time" to do it. Apparently they are simply not interested. If a local A&P performs it, Cessna will reimburse the labor posted in their letter.)

I want to do this immediately.

Have left V M with Westar Aviation in Alton , IL - I do not expect a call back. There is nothing on their website to even indicate that would service any single engine aircraft.

If this is the case what would other oners suggest I do. Have AP/IA willing to install owner provided certified parts.

You might try Jet Air up in Galesburg. It's a little ways from St Louis but they are a Cessna Service Center and were extremely helpful this past week when I dropped in unannounced with a fuel leak in 69V.

I called Textron warranty department 9/20/2019 and talked to a 40 employee by the name of Carol Ann Henderson 316-517-3295. I was told the part needs to be order thru an Aircraft Service Facility (ASF). I was told the part for the pilot seat was provided by Textron. Installation labor man hours shown in the bulletin is not covered by this service bulletin SEB07-5 rev 6.
Now I have to locate a ASF and see what they say.
