There are a number of good metal workers in my EAA chapter that I can call on to help me repair the
engine baffling on my 170. My question is are there a set of drawing floating around that can be
borrowed or purchased to aid in getting all the bends and holes done in the right way?

Of course Cessna had drawings and if they can find them they'd be happy to sell them to you. Think lots of $$$$ when ever you think of purchasing from Cessna and your likely right.
I do not recall any drawings in our library.
People have taken to buying new baffling from Airforms. https://www.airforms.biz/ This is not a cheap proposition either.
However before you duplicate the baffling you have, which is your last resort, consider the time and material it will cost and Airforms cost might not be so bad.
I like to fabricate personally. And therefor I usually don't count the cost of my time. Which is the only reason I'd ever make my own.
