The 150 hp o320 is a great engine-super reliable and low maintenance. I flew one for 20 years and never had a cylinder off. I used car gas mostly. My pipes are about 2 inches at most longer than stock. They keep some of the stains off. Ive seen some so long they look like walrus tusks. Bruce, It was a Cherokee 140 with the hershey bar wing, aileron seals only, about 20 years ago. Crisper aileron response, especially at low speeds and seemed to pop off the ground quicker on takeoff.
