CHT redline for a Lyc 0-360 is 500 Fahrenheit isn't it? So what's the problem? A good replacement at a reasonable price, that fits in 2.25 inch instrument hole, and weighs less than 1.5 pounds would be a Becker. We just rebuilt a a Lyc. 0-320B2A, (160HP) for our PA-18, and the primer is plumbed with copper to all 4 cylinders.
