R15100 ACU
The regulator that I just installed (Zeftronics model R15100) had the STC paper work included with the regulator. If anyone needs to trouble shoot a regulator or alternator problem their site http://www.zeftronics.com has some excellent step by step help.

Hi Bob, Ive been flying formation with a friend who has a Cessna 140 for the last 4 years with no problems. I'm generally at 2100 to 2200 RPM. Most of the trips are 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. these trips have been winter and summer.

I had to by one last year and got it fromhttp://www.preferredairparts.com/ cost was $32 but they had several at the time. I have the old one but it has a lot of chips around the edge. I would ony use it long enough to get another.
