Brittan makes an auto pilot for 170's that is a wing leveler coupled to the DG. Its nice when you are IFR or VFR and need to look at a map or check on the kids in the back seat. Pete I looked on the web site for Power flow and they do not seem to have a STC for the 170. Did you go the 337 route? Do you have a copy of the 337? Thanks Tom

The Javlin tank is a must in a Lycoming Powered 170. With a C-145 you have to think about it as the range and load is well matched. Mine came as a kit for a Cessna 175.
