Too bad that there is not a replaceable wear surface inside the track so that it could be replaced instead of the entire part. Things are just not always as simple as they could be I suppose...

Congratulations! A first solo is always exciting but to get to do it in a classic taildragger like a Cessna 170 is even more special!

I thought you might think that about the same time I posted it!
They were definitely low but we made it over the hills and to home this afternoon, although it required a bit of pucker factor.
